By the way for those of you were were at Bible study, was the new arrantement of the room ok?  The intent is to provide for additional people.  I think we can accomodate 27-30 people now.

Something is stirring inside of me about our class, and I don't know what it is. I think God is ready to use us, but I don't know what it is or where it will take us.  Do you sense the same thing?  I believe that I have been trying to help God with the answers when all He wants from me is to turn loose and as we studied this morning, "Leave" . . and ... "Go."  Let's pray this week that whatever changes God wants us to make we will do so.  If He sends us visitors let's welcome them with open arms.

Be studying the second lesson in the series by Beth Moore.  We will learn that we often get into trouble when we try to help God.  Hagar enters the picture, and once again Abram doesn't quite measure up to the man we want him to be

In your quiet time this week, pray for the pastor search committee; pray for our upcoming revival and pray that CrossWalk will be the beacon that God wants us to be.

Lessons from the Patriarchs

March 27
We will begin a great series - brief biographies of the earliest Hebrews: Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and their families, this coming Sunday.  The Bible reference is Genesis 12-50 and quoting Beth Moore, "you've never taken a trip quite like this Bible study."  Some of the topics covered will surprise you - sins that are still prevalent today.

I encourage to read the book of Genesis beginning with the 12th chapter.  Let the Holy Spirit guide you as you prepare for each week's study.  And.....bring someone with you.  We will make room for everyone.

Thanks for your participation each Sunday and especially thanks for sharing.  More than ever, we need one another.

See you on Sunday!!
