God is on Our Side

We can rely on God for everything. Read Psalm 124, and fill in the blank for yourself. "If it weren't for God, __________________." I don't know about you, but I would be in trouble. I rejoice when I realize some of the problems that God saved me from; one day I'll know what might have been had it not been for God.

Because we can rely on God, we can know that he will never take us into a battle that we can't win.

Romans 8:28-39 contains a lot of promise that God makes to us; God says that He will:

make sure all things work together for my good,

conform me to the likeness of Jesus,

call me to do His purpose,

justify me,

glorify me,

give me all things

intercede for me, because

He loves me.
