Dear heavenly
Father, how we thank and praise you for the young men and women who have
trusted in the Lord Jesus as their Savior and we ask that You would work in the
lives of all young people who have stepped out in faith in the Son of God.
Results of the first in-depth study of Generation Z (United
States only) have been published, and the trends remain negative. The percent of
young people (about 25% of the population, who classify themselves as “nones”
is now about 1/3 of that segment of the population, and moral values continue
to decay. The moral values and world view of baby boomers is significantly different
from those of Generation Z – so much so that within 10 years the values of America
will be much more European than that of American of the 1900’s.
Our young people throughout the world have experienced
revival in previous centuries, and another revival is desperately needed now. In
America, in Romania…throughout the world.
